Caperity runs on a monthly or annual subscription plan.
This guide addresses a few key questions around managing your plan.
Your Plan is Managed via Paddle
Caperity relies on Paddle Inc. as Merchant of Record, handling the payment processing and subscription management.
Paddle acts as a reseller, offering the Caperity solution on behalf of its creator. This is why all invoices and order-related communication are issued by Paddle Inc.
Paddle provides an easy-to-use portal where customers can directly update their payment information or manage their subscription.
Managing Your Plan
Your plan can be managed via the Settings panel. Click on Settings, then select Plan & Billing in the settings menu.
Click on Update Subscription for updating your payment method.
Click on Cancel Subscription to cancel your plan.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you need more team members, contact us to upgrade to a higher plan.
You can upgrade at any time. Charges for the current period will be credited to your account.
