About Caperity

Caperity was built out of firsthand frustration. As project managers working in industrial environments, we spent years juggling team workload across multiple projects and struggled to find a tool that actually fit the way we worked.

Most resource planning tools were so complex that using them felt like a second job. As busy project managers, we didn’t have the time to learn sophisticated software just to manage our planning and make sure nobody was exceeding their bandwidth.

So we relied on spreadsheets, which quickly became clunky and time-consuming to maintain.

Caperity started with a simple idea: take what works about a spreadsheet and turn it into something built for the job. Quick to set up, easy to maintain and focused on the key features.

We build Caperity in close collaboration with real users. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and their feedback shapes every improvement we make.
