Monthly Office Hours

As a Caperity user, you are not alone. You can expect fast support whenever you need it. You can also join our monthly Office Hours. We host them as live Microsoft Teams sessions.

These are open sessions where you can:

• Ask questions about features or workflows
• Walk through your planning setup
• Clarify specific use cases
• Share feedback and improvement ideas

We run separate sessions for the US, EU, and Asia to accommodate different time zones. The current schedule can be found here.

The Teams link will be shared with customers a few days before each session.
