About Caperity
Caperity was born out of our frustration with resource management software. As project managers in an industrial environment, we were busy with day-to-day coordination and didn’t have time to use sophisticated tools just to track workload. But most tools were exactly that: complex to set up, expensive and packed with features we didn’t need.
Like many teams, we survived with spreadsheets. They worked fine – until projects grew bigger and sharing became a problem. That’s when the idea came up: Why not turn the proven spreadsheet into a simple tool?
That’s how Caperity started: a lightweight, easy-to-use alternative that feels good to work with.
What Caperity focuses on
- Fast visibility into capacity: See availability by week and spot bottlenecks early
- Easy workload planning: Understand what’s realistic before you commit
- Early warning signals: Identify overload before it turns into stress or missed deadlines
- Ease of use: Quick to adopt and easy to maintain
We work closely with our customers to keep improving Caperity. As a user, you’re invited to join our monthly office hours and get help or share feature ideas. Join the Caperity journey!
